€42,000 Raised Through Lean Tours to Support 10 Local Clubs
Every Lean Tour starts with a simple question: how can we do things better? For us, that question doesn’t stop at the factory gates.
At Adman Steel Sheds, our Lean Factory Tours give businesses the opportunity to step inside our business, see Lean principles in action and discover practical ideas they can bring back to their own workplace.
But there’s another impact behind every tour.
This year through our Lean Tours, we’ve raised €42,000 to support 10 local clubs and community organisations, with each club receiving €4,200. Even more importantly, the clubs were nominated by members of our own Adman team, making this something that is genuinely close to home.
From Lean thinking to community impact
Lean is about continually looking for better ways of working — identifying waste, solving problems and making improvements that have a real impact.
That’s exactly what we aim to do through our Lean Tours.
Businesses who visit us get to see how we put Lean into practice every day, from our offices through to our factory floor. They can take away ideas, challenge their own thinking and discover improvements they can put into practice within their own businesses.

And by taking part, they’re also helping us give something back to the community we’re part of.
This year, €42,000 was shared equally between 10 local clubs, with each receiving €4,200. Supporting the clubs that matter to our team.
The 10 clubs and organisations supported were:
- Shamrock Rovers Underage
- Gorey Hockey Club
- Courtown Hibs Football Club
- Ballyhogue GAA Club
- St. Joseph’s AFC Kilmuckridge
- Monageer/Boolavogue GAA Club
- Courtown BMX Club
- Tombrack United AFC
- Clonee Ladies Football
- Craanford Fr. O’Regan’s LGFA

These clubs play an important role in our local communities — providing opportunities for children and young people, bringing people together and creating a strong sense of belonging.
For our team, being able to support organisations that are making a difference in the communities around us makes the success of our Lean Tours even more meaningful.
Your visit makes a difference …..

We want to say a huge thank you to every business and organisation that has joined us on a Lean Tour. Your time with us helps support local clubs, local families and the communities we’re proud to be part of.
