Andrew listened intently to my requirements and at no point was I forced to purchase any extras. He explained in detail the process, delivery and construction. Provided a delivery date and encouraged me to maintain contact if I had any queries between placing the order and delivery. I received a call the day before delivery advising the operatives were ahead of schedule, were in the vicinity and could install the shed that evening. Unfortunately, I couldn't accommodate them but the offer was very much appreciated. They instead stated they would arrive at 8.00am the following morning, which they promptly did. They were very courteous, asked me to inspect installation at various stages to ensure I was content and the installation was compleyed within the hour. The shed is exactly what I expected, and the after service, guarantee etc. are also of the highest standard. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Adman to anyone considering installing a shed or garden room. I cannot recall ever having experienced such exemplary service. From intitial contact through to delivery everyone had been so helpful, courteous and promises re delivery etc. adhered to. 5*+, 11 out of 10.

Ian gave great advice during the initial site survey. The invoicing system was easy to navigate. The installation went without a hitch. Exceptionally happy with my order, I ordered an insulated thermastore built to a tight spec - from first contact, to measurements, to delivery and assembly, it took 10 weeks. I wasn't able to be home to greet the building team, but they had it up by the time I was home, no mess or stress. Build quality is excellent, very study steel inner frame supports which look like they could take a battering from a bad storm. Well worth the money for the quality construction, and the after care service. Highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new shed.
