Wexford-based manufacturer turns business innovation into community impact, benefiting 10 community based sports clubs.

Adman Steel Sheds proudly announces a €40,000 contribution to 10 local sports clubs, a testament to their commitment to the local community and grassroots sports. This donation is the result of the company’s “Lean at Adman Factory Tours” initiative, which not only showcases innovative manufacturing processes but also channels the power of local businesses to support and strengthen community ties.

Over the past year, Adman Steel Sheds has opened its Gorey facility to small to medium sized businesses, showcasing how Lean manufacturing principles have removed chaos from the business, boosted efficiency, and strengthened their reputation for quality. What started as a simple knowledge-sharing opportunity has become a powerful fundraising initiative directly benefiting community based clubs and associations.

“The Team at Adman Steel Sheds recognise the vital role that these clubs and associations bring to local communities and we feel very privileged to be in a position to offer support through our Lean at Adman Tours”, said Paul Nolan, Managing Director Adman Steel Sheds.

The Lean at Adman Tour is a completely not-for-profit initiative and recently they were really happy to be in a position to distribute all the funds raised so far this year to staff nominated community based clubs and associations. A total of €40,000 was distributed to 10 local sports clubs, each receiving €4,000 each.

“We invited our employees to nominate their local sports clubs, and the response was overwhelming,” Paul Nolan added. “The clubs were selected by a draw, and we’re confident that these funds will make a meaningful difference where it matters most—in the local community.”

“Receiving this support from Adman Steel Sheds means so much to our club and our members,” said John Gunning, Chairperson, Aughrim GAA Club,  “It will allow us to buy additional equipment for our Juvenile members and also coaching in our local schools” .

This initiative reflects Adman Steel Sheds’ commitment to building top-quality steel sheds and a stronger, more connected community. The company believes strongly in the value of being part of something bigger and the difference a strong community can make to people’s lives.

Adman Steel Sheds encourages all small to medium businesses to join them for a Lean Tour and discover simpler and easier ways to run their business more efficiently.
